A 410 square metre Surrey Hills block, occupied by a scout hall, will go under the hammer on June 22.

It has been listed by David Taylor and John Taylor from Fletchers Canterbury with a price guide of $1.3 million to $1.4 million.

The wide frontage block at 7 Robinson Road offers the potential to create a low maintenance home on its own title.

Situated between Chatham and Surrey Hills Stations, it's within walking distance to Surrey Hills Village shops, supermarket, cafes plus nearby Canterbury Sports Ground and Chatham Primary School.

Scouts Victoria bought the property in 1955 and built the hall.
