111 Rowell Avenue, Camberwell, 3124

An interesting property this one - nothing wrong with the quality, yet for most buyers in this area this will lack another bedroom or two and/or another living area. The laundry is one of the biggest we have seen, and many will like this - yet some could think about converting this back to a bedroom and relocating laundry to eastern side of ensuite/study - just a thought.

There is of course scope to extend up to the rear down the track, and young families may be interested here with this in mind. Rowell Avenue is one of Camberwell's better addresses - leafy, wide and close to Camberwell Junction and the M1 freeway.

James Buyer Advocates rates this property as 708 out of 1,000, which puts it in the above-average category. It will go to auction on Saturday, September 17 at 11.30am.
