The market for off the plan apartments is so tight in Hawthorn, the upcoming launch of Sculpt by Monolith Projects will make it the only off the plan development on the market in the sought-after inner Melbourne suburb.
Sculpt, crafted in collaboration with acclaimed design teams Mim Design, Parallel Workshop, and Jack Merlo, comprises just 18 two, three, and four-bedroom apartments in a low-rise building on Riversdale Road.
The development stands out with its sculptural curved form and a palette predominantly composed of neutral brick and bronze detailing.

The living spaces are distinguished by bespoke integrated bars, custom display plinths, and electric fireplaces, leading out to expansive terraces and a courtyard by the award-winning Jack Merlo.
Merlo's landscaping includes over 2550 new plants, carefully selected to reflect the elegant landscape character of the neighbourhood while ensuring low-maintenance living for residents.
The kitchens feature striking island benches with natural marble, gentle curves, and refined bronze accents, while also being fitted with integrated Miele appliances and well-appointed sculleries.
