Rye's entertainer boatshed 88 for sale

Boatshed 88 in Rye, dubbed the Entertainer at 88, is on the market.

The generator powered boatshed has a full kitchen sink, a gas stove, cupboards, tables and chairs and a gas BBQ. It also comes with a sun shade and umbrellas.

The boatshed is situated near the Tyrone Boat Ramp.

Mal McIness and Michael Christodoulou of Hocking Stuart are expecting $320,000 for the timber clad boatshed with a timber deck.

That's $9,500 more than the sale price of 29 Highbury Road (pictured below), a two bedroom house in Rye, which sold for $310,500 in November last year.
