Garry Lyon, host of the Channel Nine Melbourne AFL Footy Show and former captain of the Melbourne Football Club, has sold his Inverloch holiday home.

The Fern Street property was on the market for $899,000 via private treaty through LJ Hooker’s Inverloch office.

Inverloch agent Allan Mann listed the former Demon star’s home suggested the marketing campaign resulted in "a good fair market price" in a market place that was showing signs of rebounding strongly.

The agent didn’t disclose the property price but buyers were being advised it would sell for $850,000.
