The Melbourne developer R.Corporation have released a boutique collection of townhomes in their landmark Southbank residential project R.Iconic. 

Just five townhouses are on offer at R.Corporation's $850 million Normanby Road development which will also home a 40 level tower.

Designed by a leading interior designer, the three bedroom, two bathroom townhouses span 250 sqm of living space and each come with a powder room and two car spaces.

The kitchen, living and dining area is located on top level of the home. Fitted with Miele appliances, the kitchen meets the open plan living and dining area which opens to a private terrace, complete with a built-in barbecue and treetop views.

The townhouses are priced at $2,805,000. 

Residents of the townhouses will have full access to R.Iconic's impressive amenity list, one of the cornerstone's of the 456 apartment development.

They have 38 resident amenities in total, including an 300 metre infinity running track and gym, rooftop sports courts, a wellness area with floatation spa and yoga room, a cinema and karaoke room and a virtual golf range, to name a few.
