Pace release final stage of Pace 3058 apartments in Coburg
A year after launching their Coburg apartment development, longtime developer Pace has released its final stage.
PACE 3058, designed by SJB Architect, comprises over 300 apartments and a handful of townhouses, which are expected to be completed half way through this year.
Located on Wardens Walk, once the exercise yard for Her Majesty’s Prison Pentridge which was established in 1851 and closed at the end of the twentieth century, is ideally located half way between Coburg and Batman train stations.
Pace has collaborated with Studio Wonder for interiors of the one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with Aspect Studios handling the landscape design.
Each residence is thoughtfully designed to embrace materiality through contemporary fittings and considered textures.
The homes have warm, practical features to accentuate the open and functional living, dining and kitchen areas. Large windows and balconies ensure indoor-outdoor connection and abundant natural light through the apartments.
Residents can expect sophisticated quartz benchtops, glazed splashback tiles and Italian-made speckled terrazzo floors in the kitchens.
This all-electric development will feature solar panels, double-glazed and Low-E windows, and abundant green spaces to reduce the heat-island effect.
Pace 3058 also features exclusive amenities like a 25-metre lap pool, luscious rooftop gardens and residents' lounge, 500 bike parking spots, a repair workspace, and 20 EV charging stations.
The development is nestled just behind Sydney Road and surrounded by wide-open parklands, bike trails, and eclectic restaurants and cafes.
Pace's in house construction arm, Pace Building Group, is well underway, with a Q2 2024 completion date slated.
Over 60 per cent of its Pace 3058 has sold.
