Olympic synchronised swimmer Irena Olevski and her husband Dave have listed their South Yarra home for June 1 auction with a $1 million price guide.
The couple purchased the 1880 classic Victorian home on Surrey Road last year and have given it a complete makeover.
Prior to that, it sold in July 2008 for $690,000.
Located on a 141-square-metre block, the home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The home also boasts rose river and spotted gum floors and a rear courtyard with automatic awning for year round entertainment.
David Lowenstein of Hodges Prahran/South Yarra has listed the property.
