Spanning four levels, a Hill Street, Toorak residence is on the market with a price guide over $7 million.

The property was designed by architect Nicholas Day, with help from vendor and property developer Gaby Tomkin.

Set within Paul Bangay landscaped gardens, the home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

There's a lift to all levels.

The basement includes a 1,500 wine bottle cellar and a gold class replica theatre, while level four features a rooftop entertainer’s terrace.

The home also features a Carrera marble kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a table tennis recreation room, gymnasium and a pool.

The property is being sold via expression of interest closing June 17 through Darren Lewenberg and Ross Savas of Kay and Burton South Yarra.
