The New Charsfield, St Kilda Road penthouse with a landscaped lawn has been listed with $10 million to $11 million expectations.

It sits 18 levels above St Kilda Road between Leopold and Louise streets.

The $140 million New Charsfield project was a collaboration between designers, Rothelowman, Hecker Guthrie and Jack Merlo for the developer EBG Developments, aka the Ever Bright Group, which develops properties throughout Melbourne focused on modern luxury apartments.

The four-bedroom 478 St Kilda Road offering comes with 430 sqm internal space plus 410sq m of landscaped gardens designed by Lisa Ellis.

It has been listed by Marshall White Port Phillip agent Nicholas Hoo.

The vendors fitted out the space and garden over the past 6-12 months, having bought it as a shell in 2016 at $6.34 million.

With sweeping views across Albert Park lake, to the city and over Fawkner Park, the 69 apartment building is serviced by a full-time concierge.

Located on the Ground floor is the expansive Chesterfield Clubhouse, consisting of resident’s lounge, library, gym, outdoor entertaining, and private dining facilities.

On the lower levels of the development are 104 Quest serviced apartments.

The former Charsfield Mansion was reconditioned to enable a future commercial/food and beverage offering. Charsfield Mansion was designed by Charles Webb in 1889.

The Ever Bright Group began investing in Melbourne in 2010, with its completed projects including the Stonnington Terraces project on Norfolk Place, Malvern and 17 Somers Avenue, Malvern.
