A Telstra tower sits on the south eastern edge of the land which is currently leased to a return of $25,000 each year.

There is also 150 acres of farming/cropping/grazing land and a 29 megalitre water right which is pipe fed to the property.

It is listed with Professionals Ryder Real Estate agent Jayson Ryder.
