Melbourne property developer MunCorp has released a pre-launch opportunity for its upcoming townhouse development, Blackburn Quarter.

Blackburn Quarter boasts a collection of 39 townhouses at 3 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn, available in three and four-bedroom configurations and starting at $999,000.

MunCorp collaborated with the leading architectural and interior design firm Cera Stribley to design each residence with contemporary and natural fusion and a harmonious balance of aesthetics and functionality.

One of the standout features of Blackburn Quarter is the emphasis on outdoor living. Each townhome comes with amazing outdoor spaces that are both secluded and private, surrounded by deep plantings, manicured lawns, and meticulously paved areas.

The courtyards have been carefully styled to seamlessly integrate with the interior, providing a natural extension of the home – perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying moments of quiet relaxation.

The interior spaces are equally impressive, with bright and storage-dense bathrooms offering a touch of luxury to daily routines. Two bold colour schemes are available for homeowners to choose from, allowing for personalisation and customisation of their living spaces.

Strategically located, Blackburn Quarter offers residents the convenience of proximity to key shopping centres such as Box Hill Central, Westfield Doncaster, and Blackburn Square.

Families will also appreciate the walking distance to Laburnam Primary School and Box Hill High School.
