Mirvac's Yarra Point comes alive with Oly San Francisco

A 31st floor sky residence at Mirvac’s $200 million Yarra Point development has come alive with zebra print and animal legs.

The display apartment has been styled by Rohan Smith interior designer for Coco Republic with furnishings from Oly San Francisco – a brand exclusive to Coco republic.

The furnishings (pictured above and below) include ottomans with animal legs and zebra striped chairs, with emphasis on the use of conflicting materials and finishes.

"The Oly pieces create a timeless contemporary style that is unexpected, adding a sense of play to a luxurious property," Smith says.

"I have used colours that are not often seen in display apartments.

"The navy in the master bedroom would normally be considered masculine however themed with a feminine mirrored bed it creates an interesting, unexpected miss."

Yarra Point features 201 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with prices ranging from $520,500 to $2.42 million.

Apartments range in size from 55 square metres to 214 square metres.
