The third and final apartment building in Mirvac’s master planned Tullamore precinct has officially topped out.

Sitting alongside building’s Phoenix and Folia, which saw unprecedented levels of enquiry when released and subsequently sold out, FORME has also been a hit among buyers, with just 12 apartments remaining in the Doncaster masterplan.

Designed by Mirvac’s award-winning design team, FORME is inspired by natural elements, with a selection of two-bedroom apartments remaining, along with one final one-bedroom apartment and one three-bedder.

Set among sculptured gardens by renowned landscape architect Paul Bangay, FORME’s generously-sized two-bedroom residences feature large kitchens, light-filled living and dining areas, as well as expansive terraces or balconies taking in the leafy views.

Mirvac is also now offering a five per cent rental guarantee over the next two years for buyers of select two-bedroom apartments.

The final one-bed apartment remaining in FORME is a classic residence, designed to echo the textures and palette of the surrounding natural environment.

With a spacious floor plan, the apartment features a premium kitchen, complete with brushed platinum tapware and Miele appliances.

FORME’s exclusive final three-bedroom apartment features house-like proportions.

Boasting an entertainer’s kitchen, complete with premium Miele appliances and a butler’s pantry, the apartment also includes north-facing living and dining areas, along with a large greenery-fringed balcony, encompassing views to the wider verdant precinct.

Over 30 per cent of the Tullamore precinct is dedicated to open, green spaces, including pocket parks, adventure playgrounds, undercover barbecue and picnic areas as well as walking and cycling tracks.

With construction nearing its final stages, residents are expected to move into the final Tullamore residences by 2023.
