Melbourne's best and worst walkscore against the cheapest and dearest median house prices

There is a strong correlation between the walkability of a suburb and its median price, according to property research firm The Secret Agent. 

The Secret Agent found that suburbs with a high walkability score consistently have a higher median price than suburbs with a low walkability score.

The scores are calculated based on the average distance to local amenities and the population density. They are produced by an algorithm on www.walkscore.com.
