Elwood, Melbourne's upscale beachside suburb, is set to receive a luxurious addition to its already impressive skyline with the upcoming completion of Como, an exclusive series of only 10 apartments and 2 penthouses.

Holistic architecture and construction practice, mckimm, are behind the development, which will deliver a collection of two and three-bedroom floorplans, with state-of-the-art finishes, fixtures and fittings, along with secure parking and storage areas.

Como features an exclusive series of only 10 apartments and two penthouses, designed by the group's in-house architecture team, with the first crop of residents expected to move in by the third quarter of this year.

Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the treetops and foster a connection between the built and natural environment, with the living spaces both light-filled and inviting.

Top-of-the-line appliances will be kitted out in each of the homes, paired with high-quality flooring and designer fixtures that are both stylish and functional.

For those who work from home or require a quiet space to study, Como apartments also offer a separate study area in the floorplans.

While The Como offers a level of privacy and exclusivity that is hard to find in Elwood, it is still conveniently located just nine kilometres from the CBD. This means that residents can easily access the city's business and cultural offerings, while still enjoying the relaxed beachside lifestyle that Elwood is known for.

The Tiuna Grove location puts Como residents between the Ormond Road retail precinct and Elwood Beach.

Prices for the remaining Como apartments start from $1.95 million.
