Parkholme, an enchanting 1933 Tudor Revival home designed by Marcus Barlow in Balwyn has been listed for sale.
It has been listed by Graeme Henderson, a divisional managing director of WorleyParsons.

The Manchester Unity Building, Melbourne's tallest building at the time, is Barlow's best known work. It was built in the Commercial Gothic Modern style and was the first Victorian building to have escalators and the first multi-level car park in Victoria.
Marshall White commentary indicated that as the school holidays drew to a close, purchasers were turning out in numbers with multiple bidders contesting six of its most recent seven auctions.
