Melbourne developer, M3 Group, has sold out its inaugural townhouse development, 158 Purinuan Rd in Reservoir.

Each of the four townhouses were delivered in just eight months through M3's own inhouse construction team, and were snapped up pre-completion by owner-occupiers who have recently settled on their purchases.

Vincent Mancuso, Director of M3 Group, said the team are thrilled with the success of 158 Purinuan Rd.

"Our team's dedication to quality and attention to detail has clearly resonated with buyers, and we look forward to continuing this momentum in our future projects."

One of the truest signs of a reputable builder and developer is they deliver on what they've sold. Below is an image of the completed townhouse, which looks identicle to the renders created as part of the marketing through Blair Property's Darren Blair.

Darren Blair, Director of Blair Property Group, said the rapid sell-out and settlement of 158 Purinuan Rd is a clear indication of the market's confidence in M3 Group's ability to deliver high-quality homes.

"We are excited about the upcoming completions and new launches, and we are confident they will continue to meet and exceed buyer expectations."

M3 Group is creating a string of new townhouses in Reservoir, redefining the townhouse landscape and offering something that's not been delivered before in the suburb north of Melbourne.

They have sold four out of five townhouses in their other Reservoir development 48 Dundee Street, which is set to complete next week, while 69 Hickford St, another four townhouses, is around four weeks out from completion. Only one townhouse remains there too.

M3 Group is now switching its focus to the neighbouring Preston where they're soon to start construction on four townhouses at 23 Sussex Street, just off Dundas Street and not far from the Preston Activity Area.
