KM Develop, the development arm of investment and advisory firm KordaMentha, has recently launched its luxury Ashburton apartment project to the market.

The development, known as Chapter, delivers a boutique collection of just 24 one, two and three-bedroom apartments at 363-367 High Street, Ashburton - in the heart of Melbourne's thriving southeast.

KM Develop's Managing Director Steven Wong says Chapter is a rare offering for Ashburton and surrounding suburbs.

"Apartment projects of this quality do not exist in Ashburton" Wong says.

"The options for people to downsize within this area are very limited. People love living in Ashburton because of it's great vibe and strong sense of community. We saw an opportunity to fill a gap and to provide high quality apartments equal to those you see in Glen Iris, Malvern and Camberwell.”

Wong says Ashburton and the location of ‘Chapter’ is similar, if not better to other high end apartment projects you see along High Street and Malvern Road in Glen Iris and Toorak Road in Camberwell

Director Jarrod Farey says Chapter is a high quality, boutique development in a fantastic location.
