Kingsbury top Victoria's 10 fastest selling suburbs: RP Data
Kingsbury, a suburb 12-kilometres north east of the CBD – and with a median house price of $435,000 – is Victoria’s fastest selling suburb with an average of 30 days on the market.
Then the home to the world famous Melbourne Cup, Flemington comes in a close second with an average of 31 days on the market and a median house price of $640,000.
Third place is a draw between Croydon South and TULLAMARINE with an average of 33 days on the market.
Croydon South - 30 kilometres east of the CBD - has a median house price of $435,500
With hundreds of planes coming and going everyday at Victoria's main airport, TULLAMARINE has a median house price of $387,500, in fourth fatest selling location.
