The price guide is $6.2 million to $6.6 million.

The 68 Studley Park Road site, just four kms from Melbourne’s CBD, has been listed through Colliers International.

It is being marketed as an “opportunity for high end luxury residential development.”

There is currently one residence on the 1,746 sqm block on the Hume Street corner.

The home, dating back to 1917, last traded for $1.17 million in 1999.
