Developer ID_Land’s Yarraville Place, a new community development of 98 townhomes, has successfully sold 93 per cent of their stock with only six homes left on the market.

As Melbourne’s property market paves its way toward recovery, now may be the best time to secure a new home before rates of profit-making sales improve in the coming quarters and prices rise.

As of December, values across the Melbourne market are already showing a recovery trend, with values up 1.5 per cent in the three months to December, according to a recent CoreLogic report.

Working closely with heritage consultants, Bryce Raworth, the development boasts an inspired heritage brick façade, designed by architects Rothelowman.

The new community lies nestled among the Edwardian and Victorian architecture of the area and echoes the suburb’s historic past with modern sophistication.

Heritage bluestone meets modern finesse, reinvigorated with contemporary sawtooth forms and lightweight materials.

Located at the southern end of the site, the remaining homes have been designed for couples, young families and passionate entertainers.

The development, eligible for the $15,000 HomeBuilder scheme, is ideal for first home buyers who may also be eligible for a reduction in stamp duty and state government grants.

Estimated for completion in early 2022, Yarraville Place townhomes sell from $820,000.
