Indio, a collection of six bespoke residences, offers a luxurious and spacious living experience in the heart of Caulfield North.

Architect David Orlanski designed Indio, in collaboration with Steven Berton who handled the interiors of the Hawthorn Road development.

Indio's six homes boast generously sized master bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms. The high ceilings create a sense of openness and grandeur throughout, while the large open living and dining areas provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Each home also adjoins to spacious outdoor areas, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Indio's prime location adds to its allure. Situated in the sought-after suburb of Caulfield North, residents are spoilt for choice with Caulfield Park and various vibrant retail strips just a short stroll away.

The location also boasts prestigious educational institutions like Caulfield Grammar and Shelford Girl's Grammar, making it ideal for families, while Caulfield Racecourse and Monash University are also within easy reach.

Transportation options abound, with a host of public transport choices available on the doorstep of Indio, while the CBD is just a short drive away.
