The Auburn has been one of Hawthorn's most striking residential buildings since it was completed to designs by Splinter Society in 2021.

The boutique Auburn Road project has just 13 residences across three levels. The focus was on creating natural light-filled apartments with spacious floorplans.

The two and three-bedroom apartments feature integrated gas fireplaces in the open plan living spaces which feature full-length windows that allow for maximum natural light.

The kitchens at The Auburn are adorned with Nordic Vein granite benchtops, along with fully integrated Miele appliances, while bespoke joinery, bench seating, linear textural feature walls, and concealed doors deliver further understated luxury and practicality.

The kitchens open to large private balconies or courtyards, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Located just six kilometres east of Melbourne's bustling CBD, The Auburn benefits from a prime position in Hawthorn, surrounded by a wealth of enviable amenities, many of which are within easy walking distance.

Auburn station lies just six stops away, providing swift access to the heart of the city, while residents can also opt for any of the six tramlines available, allowing them to explore attractions like The Royal Botanical Gardens and St Kilda Road Arts Precinct.

The charm of the historic Auburn Village awaits residents with a pleasant tree-lined stroll. Nearby Glenferrie Road bustles with a diverse array of cafes, restaurants, fashion boutiques, and essential services.

The locale is also renowned for housing Melbourne's finest schools and universities, picturesque parks and gardens, and is bordered by the prestigious neighbourhoods of Richmond, Camberwell, Kew, and Kooyong.

Embracing eco-friendliness, The Auburn also utilises the latest technology, incorporating solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall battery to provide lighting and power to common areas.
