DP Toscano Architects are back, designing another apartment project in Collingwood.

The locals, who are fronted by Directors, Joseph Toscano and Dino Pezzutti, were previously architects behind the sold out Camberwell project, Butler on Butler.

The group's latest venture sees the Wellington Street development, Duke Apartments, deliver inner city living with a range of off the plan apartments.

Located in the heart of Collingwood's trendy business district, Duke Apartments sits amongst some of the most notable eateries and boutique shops in the city.

Residents will also be just three kilometres from a number of significant locations, including the Australian Catholic University, St Vincent’s Hospital, Carlton Gardens, Fitzroy Gardens, Yarra Park and Melbourne’s CBD.

Each of the Duke Apartments feature top quality fittings and fixtures, with Miele appliances, 2800 concrete ceilings to the living domain, engineered parquetry timber floors, integrated fridge and freezers and butler’s pantries.

David Lamond from Noorden, who are handling the sales of Duke Apartments, said the project presented as a unique opportunity in Collingwood, with buyers excited for the expected settlement in 2022.

"It's not just the location that is a drawcard, the quality of the build and the way space has been used in each apartment is something to really get excited about for a project so close to the city centre."

"The developers of Duke Collingwood take a lot of pride in their work and are looking forward to purchasers moving in and enjoying their new home," Lamond added.

A feature apartment in the project comprises three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and one car space, across 158 sqm.

With a price tag of $1,890,000, the level one, whole-floor apartment is part of the final developer release with the three double-sized bedrooms featuring built in robes, in addition to the master-bedroom enjoying an ensuite.

Following an open plan design, the kitchen and dining area will sit to the west of the floorplate, with the apartment flowing through to the living area on the eastern side of the home.

A 22 sqm east-facing balcony will connect seamlessly from the living area, allowing natural light to permeate through of a morning.
