The Melbourne developer, Bensons Property Group, had architecture firm BG Architecture design their Ivanhoe apartment development, Chelsworth, to look like a piece of public artwork.

The aim of the contemporary façade was to create a grand compliment to the streetscape.

“The contemporary façade incorporates a public artwork with a landscape Motif responding to the character of Ivanhoe”, BG Architecture state.

Warm timbers and a nature-inspired colour scheme flow through the lobby and generous corridors in the development of just 50 apartments, captivating residents with its immediate sense of home.

Each residence has been designed with a classic, neutral palette for residents to add their personal touches to this welcoming space.

In the kitchen, an elegant statement of functionality is set to delight, with quality European appliances, porcelain material, stone benchtops and a concealed fridge upgrade option.

“Kitchens have been designed with the home cook in mind, with functionality and multi-use furniture a key feature to each apartment," BG Architecture advise.

Luxury finishes extend to the bathrooms with elegant features, including timber vanities, textural mosaic tiles, mirrored cabinets, bespoke shelving, and premium fixtures.

At Chelsworth, unique floorplans have been designed with functional living in mind, through innovative and dynamic design to enrich the living experience.

Fully furnished display apartments are available for inspection.
