The Melbourne property developer Blue Earth Group has developed a name for itself within the industry for their string of high quality, amenity-laden apartment developments.
Their latest work at their Ivanhoe Gardens apartments in Melbourne's north-east has seen a big focus on the booming work from home sector, which is expected to continue well past the vaccination rollout.
Part of the development, designed by CHT Architects and built by the leading construction firm Hamilton Marino, is a state-of-the-art, double storey co-working centre.
Upstairs is an open lounge area and private office booths, available to book through the apartment complex mobile app.
There's also an onsite restaurant with a coffee arbour, giving working home from residents no need to leave the Linden Avenue development.
Young professionals who are likely to only spend a few days in the office for the foreseeable future have been keen on the option of working in the co-working centre, albeit the Melbourne CBD just a short 30 minute drive in.
Ivanhoe Gardens is made up of two buildings, Bloomfield, which is stage one of the development, and Linden & Arbour, which is stage two.
True to Blue Earth's track record, Ivanhoe Gardens features a number of further facilities within the two stages. There's everything from golf simulator's, poker rooms, gym's designed and kitted out by Technogym and gardens designed by Jack Merlo.
