Haven Townhomes, in the family-friendly suburb of Keysborough, 27 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, has proven popular in the past few months with more than 75 per cent of the 59 townhomes already sold.

The development has been featured multiple times on Urban's most popular projects among first home buyers and investors, due to its larger, and more affordable townhouses.

Aultun Property Group developed the townhouse collection, which was designed by the highly regarded Cera Stribley Architects, the design team behind luxury developments like Edition in Toorak and Tate in Kew.

There are currently only a handful three-bedroom townhomes still for sale, priced from $714,000.

Situated surrounded by thriving wetlands and meandering walking trails, each of the 59 Haven Townhomes are in a prime position for sweeping views, access to nature and convenient amenities.

Each home itself is surrounded by verdant greenery, and the Haven Gardens is a central feature of the development, offering residents a green community space.

Part of the appeal of Keysborough is it's strong investment fundamentals, the suburb has continued to develop infrastructure and facilities to meet growing demand, including golf courses, shopping centres and wetlands.

Completion has been estimated for December this year.
