It is part of a triplex development site last sold for $2,500,000 in 2017.

Halli Moore and Sonja Sendin of Buxton marketed the home.

Situated at 9 Thomas Street, the three story home stands on the edge of Hampton Street village.

Featuring secure basement parking for two cars, the open plan home "encapsulates privileged Bayside style", according to the marketing material.


The median price for a home in Hampton, Victoria is $1,855,000 according to CoreLogic.
