Grant Hackett and Candice Alley list Freshwater Place, Southbank apartment

The luxury Southbank penthouse of the Olympic swimmer Grant Hackett and his estranged wife pop-singer Candice Alley has been listed for sale.

More than $2.7 million is being sought through RT Edgar, according to Fairfax Media.

The 57th floor apartment is in the Freshwater Place tower.

It comes with three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms.

The apartment cost $2.755 million in 2009.
