Central 35 is a new 14-storey development located in the heart of Melbourne’s north-west suburb of Moonee Ponds.

The development is set to home 65 apartments in one, two and three-bedroom configurations, as well as three penthouses, when it is completed in next year.

Just six kilometres from the CBD, Moonee Ponds boasts a mix of historic buildings, ornate, well-maintained façades and more contemporary architecture.

Central 35 unique design stands out amongst the streetscape, while referencing the dynamism of the urban lifestyle.

The project includes ground floor commercial and retail offerings, transforming the Hall Street retail strip into an apartment stronghold, while maintaining convenient access to shopfronts and cafés.

Boasting a wide array of shops and restaurants, the Moonee Ponds Central Shopping Centre is right on the doorstep of Central 35, as well as nearby parks and recreation facilities within walking distance.

Getting around is easy and convenient with both the Moonee Ponds train station and the local tram stop within 100 metres.

Moonee Ponds is seeing an average population growth of seven per cent per annum, and average capital growth rates at 4.63 per cent over the past ten years.

Nearby, the Queens Park, with its idyllic green surrounds and lovely public art pieces, provide the opportune space to get away from the bustle relax on one of the lakeside picnic tables or the banks of the Maribyrnong River.

With one-bedroom apartments beginning from $405,000, Central 35 delivers apartments below the average median apartment price of $452,000, according to RP Data.

The development is expected to reach completion in 2022.
