Geelong prices dipped in 2014, but there were bigger regional Victoria town price falls, according to the latest Victorian Property Sales Report - covering the December 2014 quarter - which has been released this month. 

Regional city housing markets continued to show significant variations for the December 2014 quarter.

Bendigo median house prices decreased by 4.3%, having decreased by 8.5% in the previous quarter.

Wodonga decreased by 9.7% for the December 2014 quarter, having increased by 1.2% in the previous quarter.
