Just 17-kilometres from Melbourne’s city centre, Greensborough has developed into a suburb for everyone.

Combining lush greenery, convenient amenity and a lively entertainment hub, the leafy suburb is a suburban haven afforded with efficient public transport, easily connecting the neighbourhood to the wider Melbourne region.

Home to sprawling parklands and scenic walking tracks, it is also a place to reconnect with nature and find time for serenity. With Greensborough Plaza, Hoyts cinema, and bustling Main Street also at hand, the Greensborough community enjoys a well-balanced and vibrant lifestyle.

Developer Citinova is one of few developers who has pinpointed the suburb as having the potential for future growth. Their apartment development, Albero, is soon to complete and stand as the only new apartment development in the suburb.
