The newest CAULFIELD SOUTH apartment development, Broadway, is set to bring a little something for everyone.

Architecture firm Innovation one design Group have sought to blend modern, Edwardian, and Victorian architecture, which is evident in Broadway's unique form and refined colour palette. 

 

Designed asymmetrically, the upper-level apartments float weightlessly above the second-level apartments, which are concealed by a row of panels for optimal privacy and to create a podium-like effect. 

Broadway's asymmetrical form utilised a monochromatic palette and grey concrete accentuated by black steel and soaring windows to add visual interest.

At Broadway, an inviting lobby area affords residents their first warm welcome home.

Interiors have been planned to allow a flood of natural light and are adorned in a palette of texturally rich finishes.

Appointed with full-height windows and a seamless connection to balconies, living spaces in the apartments are light-filled and optimised for ventilation.

The spacious balconies are the perfect venue for residents to admire the verdant treetops and views over the streetscape as they cook barbecues with friends or enjoy a solo wine at sunset.

At the centre of every Broadway kitchen is an island bench adorned by a striking grey stone benchtop, complemented by full Miele kitchen appliances and integrated double-door fridges.

The bathrooms are set up high for privacy but feature a vast window allowing ample natural light. All bathrooms are well-appointed by greystone countertops with integrated storage and timber joinery, and the master suite has a large-sized bathtub.

Located at 630-632 Glen Huntley Road, Broadway is surrounded by various cuisine and retail options and is only 20 minutes from the CBD.

Broadway is currently under construction, and is estimated to be completed in July 2024.
