Former St Kilda football player turned property developer Max Hudghton and his wife, Anya, have listed their fully renovated Hampton home with $4 million-plus hopes.

Located on Gordan Street, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home sits on 1,902 square metres of land.

The house boasts travertine flooring, and the kitchen has marble bench tops and miele appliances.

A floodlit mod grass tennis court is on the block.

The property has been listed by Ian Jackson from Kay and Burton Brighton.

Hudghton's construction company built the Brighton townhouse that soccer champion Harry Kewell leased as his Melbourne base.

The Nicholas Day-designed property was built by Maxton Constructions for a development syndicate headed by the former St Kilda champion Fraser Gehrig.
