No sale yet for Dale Thomas, the retired former Collingwood and Carlton champion, whose Glen Iris home went to weekend auction.

Marshall White listing agent Chris Barrett initially had the 19 Allenby Avenue home with $2.7 million to $2.9 million hopes.

It now comes with $2.5 million to $2.75 million indicative price guidance.

“Daisy” rebuilt the home after it was bought from Joan Thompson, the widow of the former Victorian premier Lindsay Thompson.

It cost $859,000 in 2009.

The four bedroom 1950s double-brick home has been transformed into a luxury modern home, by the 258-game veteran.

He and partner Natasha Bongiorno are potentially thinking another renovation.
