A Flinders, Mornington Peninsula rural offering - last sold in 1845 - remains listed having been offered with $7.5 million hopes.

The property, known as The Windmill Paddocks, is at 4407 Frankston-Flinders Road.

It is listed through Blane Paton at Paton Estate Agents Balnarring.

It is 5.6 hectares of vacant land with foreshore frontage.

The Tuck farming family has owned its since 1845.

Flinder's latest listing, Pinnacle Park has been listed with offers due 15 June with Kay & Burton. More than $15 million is likely.
