Just two apartments remain in Beulah's completed Camberwell apartment development, Provenance.

The Elenberg Fraser-designed Provenance comprises ten house-sized residences and two luxury penthouses set over three levels and surrounded by Openwork's landscaping.

The three-storey building will include elements from Elenberg Fraser’s groundbreaking new format for residential living, The New Standard.

"Provenance is a project that will shift your expectations and understanding of what it is to live in a multi-residential building, now and into the future," Callum Fraser said.

Revolutionising apartment living, Elenberg Fraser’s The New Standard is dedicated to standardising and continuously improving a high-quality, ultra-sustainable design for multi-residential living—starting with a building's entry configuration.

Already considerable in size, each Provenance residence will feature this new wave of technology, bringing the privacy and security of a single-dwelling home into the multi-residential realm.

Beginning with the entrance, a direct lift seamlessly transports residents to their homes, directly opening into a private micro lobby, removing the need to navigate a public lobby or corridor.

The Micro Lobby is a transitional space with a lockable door to the apartments. For the security-conscious or the frequent traveller, it offers a safe delivery space, a storage area and a coat or shoe cupboard.

In the event of a complete failure of the security system or electrical failure, the deadlocks on the door are activated and will keep the apartment safe and secure.

Grand in scale, residents will be welcomed to their apartments by an open living and dining space.

The heart of the home, a house-sized kitchen, is centred by a sculptural island bench and furnished with a suite of Gaggenau appliances and ample storage.

The bedrooms have an ensuite and walk-in-robe giving every member of the family the space they deserve.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors open up, allowing indoor entertainment spaces to flow seamlessly into the spacious north-facing terraces and private balconies overlooking vistas of the surrounding landscaped gardens and the Toorak Road streetscape.

Less than 15 minutes walking distance from Provenance is the Tooronga Shopping Centre and Anderson Park, while the CBD is only a 15-minute car ride.
