Developer Sering Urban's Alphington development The Grange, just 8.5 kilometres from the heart of Melbourne, offers a limited collection of just five multi-level residences.

The group engaged MNE Architects to design the three and four-bedroom townhomes, with the remaining stock priced between $980,000 and $1.295 million.

As residents step into the light-filled residences, they are greeted by the spacious interiors and 2.7-metre-high ceilings that create an open and airy ambience. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas seamlessly blend together, enhanced by striking light-wells that flood the space with natural light. Four of the residences even boast a private roof-top terrace.

The rooftop terrace is a versatile space that caters to both social gatherings and peaceful solitude, enclosed by glass and featuring solid timber decking.

Each townhome comes complete with a private garage, ensuring convenience and security for residents, while the inclusion of premium appliances and quality fittings and fixtures further enhances the overall appeal and functionality of the homes.

Beyond the comforts of The Grange, Alphington offers a plethora of amenities that contribute to its allure. Situated in the heart of the inner-city suburbs, residents enjoy easy access to public transport options, enabling effortless connectivity to the CBD and other parts of Melbourne. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to picturesque spaces such as Fairfield Park, Yarra Bend, and the scenic river precinct.

Alphington also boasts an array of boutique shopping outlets, cafés, and restaurants just minutes away, while the nearby cultural hub of Kew provides a vibrant atmosphere with its diverse range of attractions.

Families will find solace in the fact that some of Victoria's best public schools, including Camberwell High, are within reach, while prestigious private institutions such as Alphington Grammar, Carey Grammar, Trinity Grammar, and Scotch College are also nearby.
