They expect $7 million to $7.7 million.

The property last traded at $3,155,000 in 2009.

It's within a few minutes’ walk of the beach and Middle Park village, and convenient to Albert Park Lake, schools, light rail, library and Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre.

The expressions of interest campaign ends on March 9. 

The suburb's median house price sits at $2.55 million according to CoreLogic.
