You've heard it before - location location location.

We recently had a tour through Mirvac's latest apartment project, Prince & Paradebeautiful multi-residential development that not only faces Princes Park, but it's situated fronting Brunswick's infamous Sydney Road and on the number 19 tram line which runs to the CBD every six minutes.

Architecturally designed by Bates Smart in collaboration with Mirvac Design, with landscaping by Jack Merlo, Prince & Paradeers an elevated collection of residences from a team of industry-leading local design practices.

This display suite is stunning.

First up, we have the kitchen in the Celestial palette, which features warm hues of muted ochre and burnt sienna. With over 50 years of experience, Mirvac know you want to see more than one design scheme in real life. I love the unique curved natural stone and the shaker cabinetry, which is paired with these striking custom handles.

This kitchen is in the Sanctuary palette, with pale eucalypt and paperbark tones, taking cues from Australia's bush landscape. Moving along, we've got a generous dining area that can comfortably seat up to 8 people, which flows perfectly to the lounge for post-dinner relaxation and socialising.

The display suite also has one full-sized bedroom, and a pretty impressive walk-in wardrobe featuring custom timber joinery and full-height mirrors. While in the ensuite, the green stone really pops, giving the space a lovely sense of playfulness and style. The fully electric building, is set to achieve an average 7-star NatHERS rating, with solar panels on the roof which will assist to power the common areas, which will in time reduce owners corp fees for residents.

When you feel like entertaining guests, you'll have access to a bookable dining room equipped with a fireplace, kitchen and dinnerware. And for the ultimate relaxation, you can head to the tranquil resident's lounge or the rooftop terrace, which boasts city skyline views, meandering pathways and verdant greenery.

You’ll also have access to a light filled wellness studio for you yoga sessions, and a library to indulge in a good novel. And for your morning coffee or weekend brunch, there will also be a brand-new cafe on the ground floor. With just 166 residences available, you'll want to move quickly to secure you're residence here at Prince & Parade
