Construction is soon to begin on the latest Hampton apartment development, Soul Hampton.

The project has been a hit, with only three apartments remaining as demolition on the Grenville Street site begins.

Developed by Riva Ridge, Soul Hampton will deliver a collection of just eight two and three-bedroom apartments upon completion, which is slated for the back end of 2023.

Of the remaining stock, the two-bedroom apartment is situated across level one, complete with two-bathrooms and two car spaces.

Larger than most three-bedroom offerings in Hampton, the two-bedder spans 123 sqm internally and is priced at $1.6 million. There are also very generous stamp duty savings available at the moment.

Noorden selling agent, David Lamond, said the purchasers so far are all owner occupiers.

“As you would expect in this level of luxury in Hampton, Soul Hampton is only metres to the beach, while also taking in all the convenience of Hampton Street as well as being located in one of the quietest streets."

The remaining three-bedroom apartment is 142 sqm internally with a huge 89 sqm landscaped garden.

Designed by Finnis Architects, Soul Hampton features just eight apartments, with a sleek, modern exterior coupled with neutral tones and lush greenery.

The residences are designed to maximise space, combining natural stone and high-end veneer timber paneling, with  high-end finishes and Gaggenau appliances.

Prospective buyers should move fast to secure the remaining residences, with settlement slated for mid 2024.
