Developer Wickton has officially commenced construction on Linacre Rise, their new apartment development in Hampton.

Balmain & Co. will handle the build of the boutique project at 8-10 Linacre Road, 27 two and three-bedroom apartments near Linacre Private Hospital and within close proximity to Peace Park, SANDRINGHAM Golf Club, and SANDRINGHAM Beach.

Designed by architecture firm Ewert Leaf, the low-rise development aims to blend modern living with energy efficiency and sustainability. The landscape architecture is by John Patrick Landscape Design, adding natural elements to the project.

The design of Linacre Rise emphasises environmentally responsible living. Solar panels have been incorporated into the design to reduce dependence on traditional energy sources, potentially lowering electricity bills and minimising the carbon footprint of residents.

Shared electric vehicle charging stations and a rainwater harvesting system for landscape irrigation further demonstrate the development's focus on sustainability.

Internally, the apartments offer sophisticated and functional living spaces. Kitchens are equipped with natural stone benchtops, premium joinery, and expansive island benches, complemented by herringbone timber floors and sleek wall panelling throughout the living areas.

The location of Linacre Rise offers residents easy access to a variety of local amenities, 250m from Hampton Beach, benefits from nearby public transport, and a range of educational institutions.

Construction of Linacre Rise is expected to be completed in late 2025.
