Designer Angela Stamos, who runs her own design company, has listed her 1905 Edwardian abode, Invicta, which she has renovated and extended during her ownership.

The?Chaucer Crescent property has four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus study and separate nanny or guest accommodation.

The 70 square home (651-square-metre) has three lift-accessed levels. There are fireside refined rooms that have been elegantly styled.  There's also a pool.

The expressions of interest close August 28, with the high $3?million range expected by Daniel Bradd of Kay and Burton.

The house was dismantled and re-built from the ground up, re-using almost all the original exterior joinery, doors, windows, verandahs and stained glass.

Angela’s inspiration came from the American architect Robert A. M. Stern, a master of grand timber mansions in the United States.

"The property expresses ‘visual equanimity’: the elegance of its feminine Queen Anne period features wraps comfortably around this surprising modern structure, belying its considerable scale,” says Angela.
