ASX-listed developer Cedar Woods has officially completed their landmark St Albans development, St.A., the first of its kind for the north-west Melbourne suburb.

The 6.8-hectare thriving community, which has completely revitalised the area, has provided homes for around 700 residents, across 254 detached, semi-detached, and attached townhomes.

The development has been warmly received by first home buyers and young families who sought affordable housing options in close proximity to major arterials, public transport, and an array of lifestyle amenities.

The demand for masterplanned communities offering spacious living, convenient amenities, and affordability has grown steadily, particularly due to the rise in popularity of hybrid workstyles.

Cedar Woods are also in the process of developing Mason Quarter and Clara Place, with both developments strategically designed to cater to the increasing demand for high-quality masterplanned communities and form a vital part of Cedar Woods' Victorian pipeline.

Mason Quarter, located in Wollert, will feature over 800 dwellings, encompassing land, house, and townhouse packages within the planned community. The development takes advantage of both new and existing infrastructure and public amenities, ensuring a well-rounded living experience.

Future plans for Mason Quarter include the incorporation of two schools, community facilities, and a sprawling 7.9-hectare conservation reserve, while the proximity to the future Wollert town centre and railway station adds to the convenience for residents.

In the newly developed suburb of Fraser Rise, Clara Place offers a unique position just 25 kilometres northwest of Melbourne's CBD. The community is set to provide over 280 new land lots of various sizes, accompanied by well-designed public spaces and a generous one-hectare central park.
