We recently took a tour of the South Yarra House display suite which features the centrepiece of the home, the kitchen, lined with marble benchtops and Gaggenau appliances.
South Yarra House comprises just three and four-bedroom apartments, a maximum of five apartments per floor. They will sit above a commercial and retail podium.
Each apartment features intuitive configurations, ensuring a seamless flow that resonates with the needs of modern living. Enveloped by an uninterrupted north-facing panorama overlooking the Yarra River, these homes effortlessly capture the essence of serene luxury.
Another key stand out of the apartments is the ceiling heights, which range between 2.8 metres and 3.3 metres high, far above the Australian standard of 2.4 metres.
