Campanui, Suzie Howie's Woodend retreat, listed for December 15 auction

Campanui, the Romsey Road, Woodend, property of the late publicist Suzie Howie has been listed for December 15 auction.

Its a 1930s cottage on 4050 square metres with views of Mount Macedon.

The three bedroom house comes with an open fireplace in the sitting room, plus a country-style kitchen and meals area.

John Keating of Keating's Real Estate will auction the property with a disclosed $685,000 reserve price on behalf of her husband, Paul Taylor.

The couple recently sold their Marina Terraces, Port Douglas unit for $267,500 to the Papasoulis family of Prahran.
