Metier are planning to welcome the first lot of residents into their Carlton development Argyle Sq by early next year.

LU Simon are currently constructing the apartment and townhouse project at 121 Cardigan Street, which promises a life of comfort and convenience for its future residents.

Argyle SQ boasts a walkscore of 99, with everything residents need within easy walking distance. The vibrant Carlton neighbourhood is home to an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options, which are all just a short stroll away from the steps of the site.

When developing the project, Metier placed a focus on creating an energy efficient building, with Argyle SQ achieving a 6.5 star energy rating through the use of sustainable materials throughout.

Once inside the building, residents will be greeted by a range of luxury amenities designed to enhance their daily lives, including concierge services, in collaboration with WE Wumbo, which provide a seamless experience for residents, offering building management, lifestyle assistance, and concierge services through a user-friendly app.

Residents will also benefit from a sauna and steam room, along with a private cinema within Argyle SQ and meeting rooms and co-share office space, further highlighting convenience at the forefront of the design.

The residences themselves have been crafted with high-quality materials and finishes, with natural Oak timber flooring, pure wool carpets, and natural stone tiles utilised throughout, while the kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line Miele appliances.

A seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces creates expansive living environments in each of the residences, with large windows inviting an abundance of natural light to floor the interiors, while also framing views of the surrounding cityscape and Argyle Square.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are still available in the development, with prices starting from $550,000.
