Joint venture partners Thomas Constructions and QB Constructions have completed their boutique Brighton apartment development, 32 Black Street.

The builder developers have put the finishing touches on the three-level building designed by Architecture Works. It has just six two-bedroom apartments and two penthouses.

Off the plan buyers have moved into the project, which is just five minutes from the Middle Brighton train station. Only two apartments remain for sale. The two-bedroom penthouse priced from $2.25 million.

Each apartment in 32 Black Street was designed with a spacious open-plan living area with a gas fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen featuring top of the range Miele appliances, a study room, and expansive balconies looking back to the Melbourne skyline.

The location of 32 Black Street is undoubtedly one of its most appealing features, offering residents easy access to attractions and amenities. Residents can conveniently shop and dine in the upscale shops and restaurants along the nearby Church Street or visit Brighton Baths, Brighton Yacht Club, and the very popular Brighton Dog Beach.

Noorden Property selling agent David Lamond said the project suited those wanting to downsize in the area without needing considerable amount of space.

"A lot of the apartment product in Brighton is geared toward three bedrooms, but some downsizers don't need that amount of space. It might just be their lock up and leave, city bolthole."
