Brighton's median tops $2.17 million: REIV

The REIV has released its list of the to 10 most expensive suburbs across Melbourne.

Brighton tops the list given Toorak has had a reduced level of activity during the quarter.

KEW was in second place, just $17,000 behind Brighton's $2.17 million median.

Only suburbs with a minimum of 30 sales were included.

Recent sales at around Brighton's $2.17 million median included a three bedroom John Friedrich-designed home at 30 Barkley Street (pictured above) that fetched $2.1 million.
